Nollywood actor, Tony Umez has furiously called his mobile service provider, Airtel for frustrating him.
Tony Umez took to IG to rant angrily expressing his frustration on how the mobile service provider has wiped out his bonus and keep changing his service plan without his consent.
According to him, he has lost thousands of naira because of them and any time he calls the customer service to complain they will apologize and cut the phone on him.
Expressing his disappointment, Tony said:
‘I AM PISSED, I AM VERY ANGRY RIGHT NOW, AT MY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER, AIRTEL, THEY WILL MOVE ME FROM A PLAN TO ANOTHER PLAN WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME, WHEN I LAY A COMPLAIN, THE OPERATOR CUT THE PHONE ON ME AFTER THE USUAL APOLOGY, ‘EH I AM SORRY, WE HAD TO UPGRADE YOU’, UPGRADE ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT …THEY DO THIS ON A REGULAR, AM PISSED AND VERY ANGRY…THEY HAVE TAKEN ME BACK TO THAT PLAN BUT THEY HAVE WIPED OUT ALMOST 22000 NAIRA BONUS’
